Our brand is a small family owned and run business. Myself (Glen) and my Wife Kelly, Print, Pack and ship every order ourselves so please bare this in mind when you order from us.
If you could please be sure that you’ve checked our sizing guides and have chosen the size that would fit you correctly, this would be a huge help to us in reducing unnecessary returns.
If in the unfortunate event that you do have to send something back, please keep in mind- We don’t provide return labels (We unfortunately don’t have Amazon's budget). Therefore, you will need to pay for the return yourself.
Of course we carefully quality check every item ourselves before it is sent to you.

I use this bag everytime I take my pup out, it holds his treats, poo bags, my phone, keys, all separately so it’s just so easy to pick up and go. Arrived so quickly with my muddy paws design t shirt too. So impressed with all of it, highly recommend
